Certified American Statement of Purpose
Certified American is a program, separate of government intervention and interference,
that is designed for any American to learn the necessities and procedures that will
minimize or prevent chaos, civil unrest, starvation and death from dehydration in their
area. This is done through our program of learning from Streaming Video Presentations.

America now has a Civil Defense System in name only. Starting in 1976, the United States
Civil Defense System was ordered to be shut down. While the United States Civil Defense
program has become non-existent… Russia, China, North Korea, Switzerland and many other countries have drastically expanded their programs and facilities. Civil Defense and
preparedness are literarily only on paper now for the American Citizen.
This is diametrically opposed to what your American Government is doing. They have, for the last decade, began the largest effort in building underground bunkers in the history of this nation. Secretly. But these are for the politicians, bureaucrats and the elites… not you.
